Graduated largest class in recent history at T. Roosevelt High School (DC) and assisted students with obtaining over $2 million in financial aid funds

Manage and develop a team of eight staff members to maximize their effectiveness and to ensure student achievement at two school sites

Oversee the daily administration of two summer school programs with the assistance of full-time school administrators

Partner with two district principals and faculty advisors to ensure that Teach For America model effectively served their students

Develop proactive relationships with corps members to diagnose their professional needs and ensure they will be open to receiving feedback

Ensure that corps members set ambitious goals for their students’ academic growth and utilize the appropriate diagnostic tools to benchmark and track their students’ progress

Maximize Teach For America’s relationship with school districts and schools by building officials’ understanding and support for the program

Plan, organize, and teach curriculum for 30+ students

Create and manage a healthy environment for all students

Facilitate discussion among grade level teachers concerning curriculum
